  • Wave Runners—Intermediate/Advanced Group (ages 9 and older)

Description: Practices are designed to develop swimmers’ overall performance and dedication to the sport while simultaneously providing a fun and engaging team atmosphere. Our focus is on the continued development of individuals’ competitive skills in practice and at meets by setting goals, refining stroke mechanics and implementing a challenging workout regime.

Prerequisite: Ability to swim a minimum of 25 yards in all four racing strokes (freestyle, backstroke, butterfly and breaststroke). Swimmers will be placed in the Intermediate or Advanced group based on overall ability.

  • Swim Lessons—Saturdays (ages 3 and up)

Description: Private lessons are taught by our American Red Cross-certified instructors. Lessons run for 45 minutes, which includes approximately 30 minutes of instruction and 15 minutes of structured “fun time.” Swimmers are assessed in their first session, and lessons are crafted to meet the needs of individual swimmers. Our teaching philosophy includes creating a learning environment where students improve upon their overall swimming and water safety skills in a fun environment that encourages confidence and enjoyment in the water.

Fall 2024 private swim lessons are sold out. Spring and Summer 2025 lessons will start to enroll in March 2025 as part of the summer programs.
